Rustic Victorian

A vacation rental where you can pick a time to visit Pitkin any time of the year! This is a unique and rather famous house in Pitkin. It was one of the original houses built in 1882, but moved to its present location in 2015 when it was remodeled into the charming home it is today.  Victorian features will still delight you in the design. Sit on the front porch and enjoy the mountain air, the scenery, and the people in Pitkin! There is a large eat-in kitchen with lots of natural light, a dish washer, double oven, microwave, and coffee maker. The living room has a cozy wood stove, and the well insulated structure allows for this home to be rented any time of the year. Each room has its own thermostat for electric heat. There are two bedrooms on the main floor and two bathrooms as well. The master has a queen bed and a beautiful bathroom with a modern shower and an antique tub. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and is next to the main downstairs bathroom. The laundry is off the hallway between the kitchen and this bedroom. Upstairs, there is a lovely full bathroom and an additional sleeping or lounging area with twin beds. The bedroom upstairs has a queen bed. This home has Direct TV and a DVD player. House also has wifi available. For your outdoor enjoyment, there is a fire ring, picnic table, and gas grill. ​The parking is in the back of the house accessed from Alpine Lane (alley).
