Please be respectful of our cleaning service and do not arrive early or depart late.

Our homes are privately owned. Homeowners wish for you to enjoy their home as much as they do. Theft of any kind or destruction of the home or property is not permitted.
NO PARTIES • NO SMOKING • NO LOUD MUSIC 

We Ask that you do NOT smoke in the cabin or on the porch. If we detect any type of smoke from cigarettes, cigars, pipes, marijuana, etc. you will lose your deposit.

Towels, bedding, basic kitchen supplies, laundry detergent, dish soap and toilet paper to last your stay.

Please understand that Housekeeping does their best to provide a clean and prepared house for you. Time is short between guests. If Housekeeping has to move furniture, remove food, trash, clean a grill, and do the dishes, your original cleaning fee will not cover the hours this will take. If check-out procedure is not followed, the extra cleaning fee will be deducted from your security deposit. 

If you are going to be gone very long, please close the windows so the rain does not come in and ruin the window sills. We often get a rain shower in the later afternoon. If there are windows open during a rain, the cabin managers may enter the cabin and close them.

Due to damage from unsupervised children from previous renters in another cabin, NO CHILDREN may be left in rentals unsupervised.

Please respect our historic town and our delicate septic systems. Do not flush toiletries other than toilet paper. Some homes are equipped with a bidet, we encourage guests to use this feature.

Occupancy limits are in place for the safety of our guests, out of respect to neighboring homes, parking availability and most importantly to ensure the longevity of our septic systems. Additional guests are not permitted. Locals keep a strict eye on occupancy and you will be reported for breaking the rules. If your group has multiple cabins rented in Pitkin, PLEASE MAKE SURE ONLY THE ORIGINAL GUESTS STAY in the rental! Extra guests will be asked to leave. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to operate UTV/OHVs

Cancellation days are calculated based on your first night stay.
90 days or more: Full refund minus $50 administration fee
89 days or less: No refunds unless your nights are booked by another party.

You will be refunded only for the nights that are re-booked. Cleaning fee will be refunded.
